I met strong and positive people who, despite modest conditions, radiated joy and resilience. The landscape \u2014 surrounded by majestic mountains and untouched nature \u2014 was as remarkable as the people who live there. That experience strengthened my conviction: real, positive and long-term change is created through knowledge and education.<\/p>\n<p>For many years, Lead by Profession has chosen to support long-term initiatives in Nepal. Going forward, our contribution is directed towards<\/p>\n<p><strong>Build up Nepal<\/strong> \u2014 an organisation working to make safe homes more affordable and accessible while reducing climate impact.<br \/>Build up Nepal is transforming housebuilding through a low-carbon, cost-efficient alternative to traditional coal-fired bricks. The model is locally led and builds capacity on the ground by supporting entrepreneurs to produce eco-bricks and construct resilient homes in their own communities.
